1. Information We Collect
AMOGH Workforce ERP collects the following information to provide attendance and workforce management services:
• Owner name and email address used for account authentication • Company name and Company ID for organizational management • Employee names and phone numbers added by the company owner — the phone number is the employee's login identity; an internal Employee ID is also generated for record-keeping but is not shown on screen • Attendance records including check-in/check-out times, dates, GPS location, and a selfie photo captured at check-in/check-out • Leave requests and their approval status • Salary, cashbook, and per-employee ledger entries (money given to or received from an employee) entered by the company owner • Emergency SOS alerts, including live location, battery level, and network status — collected only while an alert is active • A push-notification subscription linking your account to this device, so you can receive alerts such as leave approvals or SOS notices
We do not access your device contacts, messages, or files outside of what is described above.
2. Permissions We Request
To provide the features above, the app asks for the following device permissions:
• Camera — to capture the selfie photo required at check-in/check-out • Location (GPS) — to record your location at check-in/check-out and while an SOS alert is active • Notifications — to deliver push alerts for events like leave approvals, SOS alerts, and attendance updates
You can withdraw any of these permissions from your device Settings at any time, though doing so may stop the related feature (e.g. check-in) from working.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
• Authenticating and managing owner and employee accounts • Verifying attendance (check-in/check-out time, location, and selfie) for the company the employee belongs to • Detecting fake GPS / mock-location check-ins to protect the integrity of attendance records, and alerting the company owner if one is detected • Managing employee records, leave requests, and attendance data within the company account • Recording salary, cashbook, and per-employee ledger entries maintained by the company owner • Relaying SOS emergency alerts (including live location) to the company owner so help can be coordinated • Sending push notifications for events relevant to your account • Generating attendance, salary, and business reports, and dashboard summaries for owners • If you choose to connect your own Dropbox account, creating a backup file of your data in that account
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the core functionality of the app.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is securely stored on Google Firebase (Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Storage where applicable) with industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Access to a company's data is restricted to the authenticated owner of that company and its own employees. Employees and owners cannot access another company's data.
If you connect a Dropbox account for backups, your Dropbox sign-in credentials are stored only on your own device, encrypted using your device's secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) — we never see or store your Dropbox password on our servers.
5. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. We use a small number of third-party services to operate the app, each processing only the limited data needed to provide their service:
• Google Firebase — hosts all app data (see Section 4). Governed by Google's privacy policy. • OneSignal — delivers push notifications. It links your account to your device's push subscription and receives the content of each notification (e.g. "Leave approved") so it can route it to your device. Governed by OneSignal's privacy policy. • Dropbox (optional — only if you connect it) — if an owner or employee chooses to link their own Dropbox account for backups, a backup file containing the data described in Section 1 is uploaded to THAT PERSON'S OWN Dropbox storage, never to a company-shared or AMOGH-owned account. This only happens if you actively connect Dropbox, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings to stop future backups.
No analytics or advertising networks receive your data.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Company owners can delete individual employee records directly within the app at any time.
To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at info@amoghai.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
AMOGH Workforce ERP is designed for business use by adults. The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
